Kirklees Library Services have a wide range of books, fiction & non-fiction, available for reading groups to borrow. We pick one a month from this list to read & discuss. Open to new members. Ask in the library for details

Free event, all welcome, no need to book. Refreshments available. Are books your guilty pleasure? We’ll discuss a range of authors and books TBC on the last Friday of every month. Which ones would you recommend? Bring along your favourites to read out yourself, or listen to others read.

Join our weekly, free group event. We're an informal group who meet to share our experience and skills in a range of crafts including knitting, crochet, felting, tapestry, quilting, card making & many others. We welcome new people at whatever skill level & wanting opportunities to explore new crafts and ideas.

Parent & Carer Workshop: Children’s Emotional Wellbeing

Free 'drop in' session, all parents & carers welcome, no need to book.
Drop in to library anytime between 1-3pm for a chat about your child's positive emotional wellbeing, with Stacey Barton, Link Worker for Children's Mental Health for Northorpe Hall Child & Family Trust.
